IPads not charging or at very low speed is a common problem for Apple users.

Do some basic checks
It might sound obvious, but make sure the cable is securely connected to your iPad, that it is not half-inserted.

Charge your iPad from a Mac
Charging an iPad on a Mac is always slower than if it is done through a power outlet, since the power supplied is not the same.

Wait, restart and reset your iPad
Apple recommends unplugging your iPad, reconnecting it to a power source, and waiting 30 minutes.
Is your device still not charging? The mark suggests you to restart it when connected to the mains. If it still doesn’t work, then reset it. To do this, go to the Rsettings, then on General and Reset.
Which component is not working?
