To write a termination letter, start by putting at the top left of your letter your informations.

Then put the correspondent’s address top right, slightly below.

- AT (City), the (Dated)
Then put, and in bold underlined, the title of your letter, as well as the following text. The pieces in parentheses () are there to help you choose the text you need to put.
