Then click “End Trial and Benefits” to signify that you want to permanently stop receiving Amazon Prime benefits. Then confirm that you want to unsubscribe.

How to cancel my paid subscription?

When it comes to canceling a paid subscription, the procedure is a bit more complex. You must access your customer area, by hovering your mouse over “Accounts and lists”. With that done, you can spot “Your Amazon Prime Account” in the drop-down menu that appears. Subsequently, you will have to click on “Update, cancel and more” then choose to terminate the membership the first time and then a second time to confirm your request to unsubscribe. Then click on “Finish now”. Once this step is completed, Amazon will send you an email or text message confirming that you have successfully canceled your subscription.

When this step is completed, you will no longer be able to restore your account. If it happens that you need Amazon Prime benefits again, you will need to create a new account.

How to get reimbursed on Amazon Prime?

Sometimes it happens that the Amazon Prime trial period has passed without the user realizing it. In this case, the membership fees may revert in full to the user who wishes to unsubscribe. However, a refund will only be possible when the subscriber has not actually received the benefits of Amazon Prime after the trial period.
